Job Overview
We are a leading specialist within the commercial swimming pool and leisure engineering sector, carrying out servicing, maintenance and refurbishment works on large-scale swimming pool plant systems, including local authority leisure centres and high-profile sports and training facilities.
Responsibilities
- Completing planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and inspections on commercial swimming pool plant equipment including chemical dosing systems, UV systems, and filtration systems.
- Attending breakdowns and reactive call-outs across maintained leisure sites.
- Carrying out small works and refurbishment projects on existing commercial pool systems.
- Supporting installation and project teams with commissioning and upgrade works where required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a commercial swimming pool service or maintenance environment.
- Strong knowledge of pool plant systems including chemical dosing, filtration, and UV systems.
- Basic electrical and/or mechanical background.
- Full UK driving licence.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary £35,000 - £40,000, negotiable depending on experience.
- Company vehicle provided.
- Door to door travel pay.
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays, rising with tenure.
- Overtime paid at single rate weekdays and 1.5x weekends (as and when required).
- No on-call rota.
