Multi-Trader opportunity available with our client, a plumbing and utilities installation and maintenance contractor based out of South-West London, offering a salary of up to £42k, with a company van (personal use available), a company pension scheme, and life insurance/critical illness cover.
This role will mainly involve fitting bathrooms and kitchens, but experience in 2/3 of the following trades will also be essential: tiling, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and decorating.
Our client works with a variety of different housing companies across London, with the main bulk of the work taking place across the Hammersmith and Fulham area. The day-to-day responsibilities for the role will consist of general building repairs such as tiling, plastering, and basic carpentry, along with general plumbing repairs, kitchen/bathroom tiling, replacing floorboards/joists, and interior/exterior painting and decorating.
Multi-Trader Job Requirements
- A minimum of three years’ experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms
- Experience in 2/3 of the following trades: tiling, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and decorating.
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Ideally hold a trade-relevant CSCS card
- Currently own your own basic hand tools, with specialist tools provided

- Salary £30,000 – £42,000, depending on experience
- Company vehicle provided, with optional use available
