Bennett & Game are pleased to be representing a well-established structural consultancy based in Rochester who are seeking a Structural Surveyor to join their growing technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor looking to develop within a structured, office-led environment while maintaining regular site exposure. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out structural inspections, producing detailed technical reports, and supporting project delivery across a varied building portfolio.

Position Overview

  • Carry out structural inspections and site surveys
  • Produce clear, detailed structural reports and technical documentation
  • Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD and Tekla
  • Support projects from initial site visit through to final report issue
  • Liaise with internal technical teams to support ongoing project delivery
  • Approx. 30% site based / 70% office based
  • Role based in Rochester

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 18 months' experience within a consultancy setting
  • Experience working as a Structural Surveyor or in a closely related structural role
  • Strong technical report writing skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Tekla
  • Strong IT skills and confident computer literacy
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Right to work in the UK
