Our client is a major service provider in London with over 50 years of success and continued growth. Due to recent success, they are seeking a Static M&E Engineer to join their ever-expanding M&E Division. This division operates across London, managing a range of blue-chip portfolios. The work is a mixture of planned maintenance and repair works, as well as reactive works. You will be working across the Kew Gardens Estate.
Working across a wide range of mechanical systems, the Static Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and optimising building systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Mechanical duties include AHUs, HIUs, pumps, inverters, cooling towers, adiabatic coolers, and pipework, requiring a solid working knowledge of all M&E and HVAC systems.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Mechanical & Electrical engineering within the building services sector.
