Salary: up to £38k, depending on experience

Our client is a major service provider in London with over 50 years of success and continued growth. They're seeking a Lead Service Coordinator to take contract ownership and work closely with the operations manager and the service desk manager.

The Lead Service Coordinator will join their ever-expanding Energy Services Division. This division operates across London, managing a range of blue-chip portfolios. The work carried out is a mixture of planned maintenance and repair works as well as reactive works from our call-out service.

As the Lead Service Coordinator, you will be working out of the company's office in Canary Wharf, Monday to Friday.

  • Schedule all works across the flagship contract
  • Answer inbound calls from clients
  • Raising and scheduling jobs
  • Provide updates on work
  • Arranging engineers and Subcontractors to attend works
  • Compile reports for ongoing works, client and senior management
  • Manage SLA & KPIs
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Managing material orders

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in the HVAC and FM industry
  • Office based in Canary Wharf
