Position Overview

  • Supporting the sales and projects teams to manage customer accounts and develop new business opportunities
  • Supporting the preparation of quotations for customers
  • Assisting with after-sales support with customers
  • Updating and maintaining the ERP & CRM system
  • Assisting with obtaining project & commercial information for the team from customers

Position Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational and analytical abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Based in a commutable distance of Keighley

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 + performance incentives
  • Company phone and laptop provided
  • Permanent position: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00
