We are seeking Home-Based Engineers for a leading provider of heavy construction and industrial equipment. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, delivering high-quality engineering solutions across Kent and surrounding locations.

Role Overview:

  • Provide on-site maintenance, repair, and servicing of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Work independently across assigned locations, ensuring equipment reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work completed and report any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards on every site.
  • Participate in overtime as required to support operational needs (paid at time and a half).

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • CSCS card.
  • Proven experience in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within assigned area.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £19.95/hr + door-to-door travel pay.
  • Overtime paid at time and a half.
  • Company vehicle, fuel card, and Premier Inn cards.
  • Working hours: 8:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday.
