General Manager required for a well-established and growing manufacturer of precision engineered products. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, coordination and support across the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of operations.
Position Overview
- Supporting and guiding the management team across manufacturing, sales and administration.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring departments are aligned and working effectively.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvements and ensuring health & safety and quality standards are upheld.
- Supporting the sales teams to maintain key customer relationships and help resolve customer issues.
Position Requirements
- Proven management experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally precision engineering.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness and customer-focused.
- A knowledge of quality assurance and manufacturing best practices.
- Based in a commutable distance of Sevenoaks, Kent.
Position Remuneration
- Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 depending on experience.
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00.
- Permanent position.
- Holiday allowance & pension.
