CNC Miller required for a well-established and highly specialised precision engineering manufacturer supplying bespoke components into the packaging, converting and print industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Programming, Setting and Operating CNC Milling machines
- Producing high-quality precision components for niche production machinery applications
- Online programming using Hurco controls
- Manufacturing precision engineered components to tight tolerances
- Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings
- Measuring dimensions and tolerances using Micrometres, Verniers and Callipers
- Accurately recording manufacturing times using ERP terminals
- Maintaining high standards of quality and housekeeping throughout the workshop
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years previous experience Programming, Setting and Operating CNC Mills
- Experience with Hurco controls advantageous, Fanuc experience transferable
- Strong understanding of CNC Milling processes
