The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Programming, Setting and Operating CNC Milling machines to produce high-quality precision components for niche production machinery applications.
- Online programming using Hurco controls.
- Manufacturing precision engineered components to tight tolerances.
- Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings.
- Measuring dimensions and tolerances using Micrometres, Verniers and Callipers.
- Accurately recording manufacturing times using ERP terminals.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and housekeeping throughout the workshop.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years previous experience Programming, Setting and Operating CNC Mills.
- Experience with Hurco controls advantageous, Fanuc experience transferable.
- Strong understanding of CNC Milling processes.
