We currently have an opportunity to join a well-established domestic plumbing & heating contractor who offer installations, maintenance, and breakdown repairs to domestic customers across Hampshire & Sussex and have gone through a recent period of substantial company growth.
Operations Manager Job Overview
- Leading the day-to-day running of the business, including managing schedules, engineers, admin, sales and accounts staff
- Overseeing the technical work carried out by a small team of Gas Engineers & Plumbers
- Ensuring company compliance across Gas Safe and Health & Safety
- Supporting the business' further growth through highlighting opportunities for new business and maximising the company's existing accounts
- Being the point of contact for complex technical queries from engineers and customers, and providing customer service for complaints escalations
- Assisting on site where necessary, at times of heightened workload or complex jobs
