Position: Sales Administrator
Location: Tonbridge, Kent
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 (DOE)
We currently have an opportunity to join an electrical compliance specialist contractor who have been operating in the south east for over 20 years offering electrical testing, maintenance and remedial services to prestigious sites including Windsor Castle, The Shard, The Gherkin and Windsor Castle.
Sales Administrator Job Overview
- Working alongside a specific business development manager within the sales team to assist with their day-to-day administrative duties
- Managing their email inbox, scheduling meetings, phone calls, Teams calls
- Being the point of contact for customer enquiries and liaising with internal teams to confirm the correct responses
- Taking inbound enquiries from customers and the sales team in order to create and issue out quotations
- Building a good working knowledge of the electrical compliance industry and the company's offering within the industry
Sales Administrator Job Requirements
- Experienced background in an administrative role within a sales-focused team
- Any experience working within the engineering industry is not essential but would be highly desirable, with industries including electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation
- Confident communicator, both verbal and written, and experienced user of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Any experience using a CRM system is desirable
- Based within a commutable distance of East Peckham, Tonbridge, with access to your own transport due to the rural location of the office
Sales Administrator Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary £27,000 - £29,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
- 30 days holiday, including bank holidays
- Private medical care (enrolled after probation period)
- Office-based, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
