A Drainage Engineer opportunity has opened up with our client, a well-known commercial drainage contractor based in Essex, who are offering a basic salary of £40k with lots of overtime available and a salary review and potential increase after the first six months! Our client works alongside some of the most well-known facilities management companies, and completes a range of drainage unblocks, maintenance, and refurbishments across London and the surrounding areas. The successful Drainage Engineer will need to at a minimum, be confident in completing routine drainage unblocks, basic plumbing tasks, and some experience completing pipework replacement, on both plastic and cast-iron piping. The role will also involve completing drain clearances and unblocks using heavy-duty machinery, along with completing CCTV camera surveys, patch repairs, and the removal and installations of manhole covers.
