Position Overview
- Manage the commercial aspects of façade remediation, cladding replacement and building safety projects across London and the M25 corridor.
- Prepare valuations, applications for payment, cost reports, variations and final accounts.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, payments and commercial administration throughout project delivery.
- Monitor project costs, forecasts and commercial performance to maximise profitability.
- Work closely with Project Managers and operational teams to ensure successful commercial delivery of projects.
- Develop your commercial expertise within a rapidly expanding contractor delivering prestigious remediation and building safety schemes.
Position Requirements
- Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to step up, or experienced Quantity Surveyor.
- Experience working for a main contractor or specialist subcontractor.
- Experience in façade remediation, cladding or external envelope sector is advantageous; strong general contracting experience is acceptable.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline preferred.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to projects across London and the M25 corridor as required.
