Bennett & Game are representing one of the UK's fastest-growing façade remediation and building safety Main Contractors who are seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding Southern division. With almost 30 years of specialist expertise, the business has built an outstanding reputation delivering complex façade remediation, cladding replacement, fire safety and external refurbishment projects across the UK.
Having already secured approximately three years of confirmed work, turnover has increased from £32m to around £45m this year, with ambitions to exceed £55m next year. The Southern region has grown rapidly over the past 12 months and continues to expand as they secure major remediation schemes across London and the M25, alongside an increasing portfolio of photovoltaic (PV) installations as part of wider building safety and sustainability programmes. Project Manager Salary & Benefits

Project Manager Position Overview
- Manage façade remediation, cladding replacement and building safety projects across London and the M25 corridor
- Take full responsibility for programme delivery, budgets, quality, health & safety and client relationships from pre-construction through to completion
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Lead project planning, reporting, procurement and commercial awareness throughout the project lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and residents on occupied residential schemes
- Support the continued growth of the Southern division by delivering high-quality projects that strengthen the company's outstanding industry reputation
Project Manager Position Requirements
- Previous Project Management experience gained with either a Façade / Cladding Contractor or a Main Contractor delivering façade remediation, HRB or Building Safety Act projects
- Experience delivering construction projects as Principal Contractor with responsibility for programme, quality, commercial awareness and health & safety
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to work on site across London and the M25 corridor
- Excellent communication, leadership and client-facing skills with the ability to build long-term relationships
