They deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service works on HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems across Kent, London, and surrounding areas. Their client portfolio includes hotels, retail premises, warehouses, schools, colleges, universities, and high-end residential properties, offering engineers a varied workload across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), servicing, fault finding, repairs, and occasional pipework installations or replacements on a range of commercial gas and mechanical systems, including commercial boilers, heating appliances, pumps, valves, ventilation systems, and related plant equipment.

Requirements
- Commercial Gas Tickets (CODNCO1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CORT1, CDGA1)
- ACS Domestic tickets - desirable but not essential

- Full drivers' licence
- Live within a commutable distance of the M25
