A Project Architect is required to join a specialist architectural and property consultancy based in Holmes Chapel. The practice delivers bespoke residential projects across the UK, creating high-quality homes and adaptations tailored around the individual requirements of private clients.

Working within a close-knit team of approximately 16 people, the successful candidate will gain significantly more project ownership than is typically available within a larger architectural practice. This is a particularly varied role where you will have the opportunity to manage residential projects from initial client contact and survey through planning, Building Regulations and construction to completion.

You will work directly with private clients, contractors and other professional stakeholders, taking genuine responsibility for project delivery while receiving support from an experienced Head of Department.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
  • 21 days holiday plus.
