We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established employee-owned fit-out contractor who’s been in the industry for over 90 years’ specialising in blue chip and high-profile clients. This position is located in the Manchester area with site travels as required. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have worked on fast-track fit-out projects, managing multiple contracts from inception to completion. The candidate will also need to hold a full driving licence and be willing to travel for work. Contracts Manager Position Remuneration Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience) Car Allowance 25 days holiday plus BH Pension scheme Progression opportunities Established pipeline of work in place Further details can be discussed as required Contracts Manager Position Overview Working for a Fit-out Contractor based in the Manchester area Managing and overseeing multiple projects at any one time Working on fit-out projects which can be nationwide, occasional overnight stays required.
