A Commercial Gas Engineer / Commercial Heating Engineer is required for a well-established building services provider based in South West London who have been in operation since 1985 holding long-standing contracts with private managing agencies of commercial buildings. The company is seeking a skilled engineer to carry out a variety of tasks, primarily focused on the service, maintenance, and repair of commercial heating systems and plant rooms. Work will be carried out across a mix of commercial properties and communal residential buildings (such as plant rooms within apartment complexes and flats).
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary £52,000 - £58,000 depending on experience
- Company van with limited personal use
- Extensive overtime paid 1.5 & 2x
- Working hours 8am - 4:30pm on site, plus 1-hour additional pay per day, for travel

A Commercial Gas Engineer is required to work across London as a mobile engineer, carrying out a range of service and remedial works. Responsibilities include:
- Servicing, fault-finding, and repairs on commercial heating systems across London & the Home Counties
- Work primarily within plant rooms, ensuring the maintenance and operation of commercial gas appliances, heating systems, and associated equipment
- Routine mechanical maintenance of key plant items, including pumps, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and valves
- Diagnosing issues and providing solutions to ensure efficient operation and compliance with industry standards
Qualifications

- Experience in either service and repair, or installation of commercial appliances and plant rooms
- 3-5 years' experience working on commercial gas boilers / heating systems
