Job Requirements
- Some previous experience within construction, estimating, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Relevant qualification in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Building Studies or similar beneficial.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.

- Assist in preparing tenders, estimates and quotations for roofing and cladding projects.
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
- Produce material take-offs and quantify labour requirements.
- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Support senior estimators with pricing exercises and tender submissions.
- Maintain accurate estimating records and project documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and clients throughout the tender process.
- Assist with site visits and pre-construction meetings where required.
