This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious business graduate to develop a career in Sales Account Management.
Position Overview
This is a varied office‑based Sales Account Management position. You will build relationships with customers and manage the sales process from enquiry to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage customer accounts.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to telephone and online enquiries from end users, contractors and trade customers.
- Advise customers on products and provide outstanding customer service.
- Process orders, monitor stock availability, arrange deliveries, handle payments and returns.
- Support trade accounts with invoice queries and assist with aged debt management.
- Build long‑term customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Assist with general sales administration and office support as required.
Requirements
We are particularly interested in graduates in Business Management, Business Studies, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or Sales & Marketing, but we also consider non‑business graduates with a passion for sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident, professional and customer‑focused approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Sage advantageous but not essential.
- Previous customer service, retail, office administration or sales experience beneficial.
