Job Overview
Position: Air Conditioning Engineer located in the M3 corridor, Hampshire. The role involves installation, maintenance and repair services across the South East. The successful candidate will carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, fault diagnosis and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems, including VRV, VRF, split, multi‑split and AHU systems. Work will be carried out across commercial environments such as restaurants, offices, schools and colleges.
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary £45,000 - £50,000, DOE.
40 hour work week.
Travel time paid after 1 hour each way – thereafter at 1.5x.
Company van provided (optional personal use).
Overtime available at 1.5x/2x/3x on 4/5 on call rota. £130 retainer paid plus D2D for all call outs.
20 days holiday + Bank Holiday, increases with time served.
Requirements
- Experience with maintenance, service and repair of air conditioning equipment.
- Live within a commutable distance of the M3 corridor.
- Full driving licence.
- FGAS Category 1 licence.
- NVQ/C&G Level 2 in AC/Ref preferred but not essential.
Travel
Candidate must be willing to travel across Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, West London and South West London.
