Overview
AC Engineer required for our client in Bristol, a specialist in HVAC and building services.
This field-based role involves diagnosing, maintaining and repairing complex air conditioning systems in commercial settings (offices, schools and government buildings).
The Air Conditioning Engineer will cover the local area, typically within 45 minutes of Bristol.
The candidate must hold NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in air conditioning, F-Gas Cat 1, and a full UK driving license.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot air conditioning systems, including VRF, VRV, split systems, etc.
- Cover Bristol and the surrounding areas.
Qualifications
- Relevant UK qualifications such as City & Guilds in Air Conditioning or NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent
- Proven experience (minimum 5+ years) working within air conditioning
- F-Gas qualifications
- Based within commutable distance of Bristol
- Full UK driving license
- Salary & Benefits
- Salary range of £44,000 to £48,000 depending on experience
- Call out rota 1 in 6 weeks, standard hours Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Plus overtime
- Door-to-door travel paid
