Job Title: IT Support & Automation Engineer
Location: Billericay, Essex
Salary: £45,000- £55,000
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, practical IT support across the business (Windows devices, printers/peripherals, meeting room tech, connectivity).
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and support Azure user/access admin.
- Handle joiners/leavers, device setup, access/permissions, documentation and basic security best practice.
- Build, test and maintain Make.com automations (scenarios, webhooks, routers/filters, error handling/alerts).
Requirements
- Proven 1st line IT support experience in a Windows/M365 environment.
- Strong, demonstrable Make.com automation experience (build + troubleshoot + maintain).
- Confident communicating with non-technical users; organised and methodical.
- Commutable distance of Billericay.
Salary & Further Information
Salary- £45,000- £55,000
Fully on-site position, (1 day from home after probation)
8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. 37.5 per week.
