Bennett and Game are pleased to be representing a well-established, employee-owned, planning-led multidisciplinary consultancy who are seeking a Senior Town Planner to join their growing Bedford team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking practice delivering projects across the UK development sector.
The Bedford team is working on a strong pipeline including residential schemes of all scales, affordable housing, local plan promotion, enforcement appeals, care and retirement living developments, grey belt sites and change of use projects. You will also collaborate with internal teams across urban design, transport, sustainability and environmental disciplines.
Senior Town Planner Position Overview- Providing commercial planning advice to a diverse client base
- Preparing high-quality planning reports, statements and submissions
- Managing and coordinating technical consultants
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Engaging with local planning authorities and key stakeholders
- Representing client interests throughout the planning process

- Degree qualified in Town Planning or a related discipline
