Job Overview

Site Agent required to join a growing specialist Civil Engineering and Geotechnical contractor delivering a strong pipeline of projects across the Network Rail infrastructure. The successful Site Agent will join the business during a significant period of growth, with secured and visible workload across the CP7 framework and a number of major schemes commencing throughout the remainder of this year and into next year. Projects typically involve earthworks, enabling works, drainage, working platforms, haul roads, embankment works, retaining structures and specialist geotechnical packages. The Site Agent will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of projects, working closely with Works Managers, Project Managers, site teams and clients to ensure schemes are delivered safely, efficiently and commercially.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Site Agent or similar within Civil Engineering
  • Strong earthworks, heavy civils or geotechnical experience
  • Previous rail / Network Rail experience highly advantageous
  • Experience delivering projects within a live infrastructure environment
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Appropriate CSCS qualification
  • PTS / relevant rail competencies advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexible approach to travel and occasional weekend / possession works
