Air Conditioning Working Supervisor – Westminster. Salary £50,000 – £60,000, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee engineers and perform hands‑on servicing and repairs of air conditioning systems across two sites.
- Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring high first‑fix rates on an ageing HVAC infrastructure.
- Manage KPI’s, oversee health and safety compliance, and provide technical assistance to other engineers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 10+ years of experience servicing and repairing air conditioning systems.
- NVQ Level2 or equivalent in air conditioning and F‑gas certification.
- Experience managing a team of engineers in a supervisory role.
- Proficient with older HVAC systems and able to work independently.
- Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS checks and additional security checks as required.
- Ability to travel to the Westminster sites.

- No out‑of‑hours call‑out rota – foot‑mobile role.
