Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an Accountant to join their friendly and flexible team.

Accountant Position Overview
Preparing year-end accounts for a varied portfolio of clients.
Preparing and submitting VAT returns.
Assisting with bookkeeping where required.
Processing payroll for clients (desirable).
Liaising with clients to obtain financial information and resolve queries.
Using cloud accounting software including Xero, Quick Books and Sage.
Ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Accountant Position Requirements
Previous experience working within an Accountancy Practice.
Experience preparing statutory accounts.
Experience completing VAT returns.
Payroll experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Working knowledge of Xero, Quick Books or Sage.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
Accountancy qualifications are not essential; qualified by experience candidates are encouraged to apply.
Accountant Position Remuneration
Hybrid working with up to four days working from home.
Fully remote working may be considered, with attendance required for essential meetings.
Working hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm. 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
Christmas shutdown from approximately 18th December each year.
Company pension scheme. 10% client introduction bonus.
