Bennett & Game are representing a well-established refurbishment contractor who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. The company deliver a wide range of refurbishment and fit out projects across the South of England, with schemes typically ranging from £10k to £3M. With a £15M turnover, circa 45 office staff and 130 operatives, they offer strong financial stability, a structured commercial team and genuine long-term progression opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to take full ownership of projects, work closely with senior commercial staff, and develop within a supportive environment with clear progression into senior level roles.

Quantity Surveyor Position Overview
- Supporting cost planning, measurement and take-offs across multiple projects
