Job Overview

  • Deliver end-to-end project management services on commercial office, industrial and refurbishment schemes across London
  • Manage cut and carve, refit and refurbishment projects from feasibility through to completion and handover
  • Assist in managing project programmes, budgets and risk across multiple concurrent instructions
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Chair project meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams
  • Prepare and manage project documentation including reports, programmes and risk registers
  • Support senior colleagues with client relationship management and business development activities
  • Work collaboratively with the wider multi-disciplinary practice to deliver integrated consultancy services
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards

Requirements

  • MRICS or MAPM qualified - chartered status is essential
  • Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
  • Consultancy-side Project Management experience
  • Experience delivering commercial office, industrial or refurbishment projects
  • Exposure to cut and carve, refit or refurbishment projects would be advantageous
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of project programming, cost management and risk management
