Position: Air Conditioning Working Supervisor

Location: Windsor

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Our client, a specialist M+E services provider, who operate throughout the South East, are seeking an experienced static Air Conditioning Engineer / Working Supervisor to join their team, covering prestigious sites in the Windsor area.

The Static Air Conditioning Supervisor will be overseeing 2 other experienced engineers, as well as working on the tools themselves, carrying out servicing and repairs of air conditioning systems across a large prestigious site, ensuring systems are always running smoothly. Due to the nature of the site, it has an ageing HVAC infrastructure, so the Air Conditioning Supervisor must be technically competent, working on older systems, with no supervision, prioritising high 1st fix rates etc. as they will be the technical lead for the site. The Air Conditioning Supervisor will be managing KPIs, ensuring H&S across the site and providing technical assistance to the other engineers.

The Engineer / Supervisor must hold their NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in air conditioning, as well as their f-gas. The Working Supervisor must also be able to pass an enhanced DBS, as well as further security checks as required.

Air Conditioning Working Supervisor Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • No out of hours call out rota
  • Static site
  • Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Air Conditioning Working Supervisor Job Requirements

  • 10+ years experience, working on air conditioning systems, specifically servicing and repairs
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent on air conditioning, plus f-gas
  • Experience managing other engineers, in a supervisory role
  • Must be very technically competent on air conditioning and ventilation systems, with experience working on older systems
  • Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS checks and further security checks when required
  • Must be within commutable distance of the Windsor area.
