Salary: £35,000-£37,000 depending on experience

Our client is a social housing service provider in London with over 10 years of success and continued growth. They are seeking a Senior Contracts Support to take contract ownership and work closely with the operations manager and the service desk manager.

The Lead Service Coordinator will join their ever-expanding service team. This division operates across London, managing a range of social housing clients. The work carried out is a mixture of planned maintenance and repair works as well as reactive works from our call-out service.

As the Senior Contracts Support, you will be working out of the company's office in Uxbridge, Monday to Friday and from time to time, spend time with clients on site for key meetings:

  • Schedule all works across social housing contracts
  • Attend client meetings
  • Answer inbound calls from clients
  • Raising and scheduling jobs
  • Provide updates on work
  • Arranging engineers and subcontractors to attend works
  • Compile reports for ongoing works, client and senior management
  • Manage SLA & KPIs
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Managing material orders

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in the HVAC and FM industry
  • Understanding of building management with social housings
  • Previous role held: Service coordinator/Helpdesk or similar
  • Highly adept in handling inbound calls for customer queries and service requests
  • Highly proficient in CAFM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Administration responsibilities including filing, preparing documents, receipting, keeping and updating records

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary of £35,000-£37,000 DOE
  • 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday - Office based in Uxbridge
  • Overtime available
  • Company vehicle
  • 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays - increasing with service
  • Pension 4%
