Trainee Fire Alarm Engineer Job Overview Our client, an established fire and security company who have been building strong relationships with their clients over the last 40 years, are looking for a new Fire Engineer to join their expanding team. They offer a salary ranging between £25,000 – £32,000, travel pay, competitive overtime rates, 25 days annual leave and more. The overall duties you will be expected to carry out would be the service, maintenance and installation of a range of different fire systems across commercial, residential and industrial sites and furthermore testing and commissioning the systems to make sure they are fully operational. As well as this the engineer would be completing small works, including enhancement upgrades and expansion of systems. Ideally, we are looking for someone who comes from an electrical background and who can complete jobs to the highest quality and deliver premium service to all customers. The engineer would need to be based ideally in the Nottingham, Derby, and Leicester areas, as that is where the majority of the work is located. Additional travel may be required to meet the demands of the client's contracts.
