Telesales Executive Salary & Benefits Salary: £23,000 plus bonus/commission. 28 days of holiday, inclusive of bank holidays. Company pension scheme. This role involves contacting new and existing clients within the commercial sector to generate interest and schedule appointments for the sales team. Cold Calling: Engage with potential customers (businesses or individuals) to introduce products or services. Appointment Scheduling: Set up meetings or phone calls for sales representatives with qualified leads. Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify prospects by asking pertinent questions. Database Management: Update customer details and track interactions within the CRM system. Follow-up: Reconnect with leads who may not have responded initially, building relationships to maintain engagement. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of products or services to address queries or overcome objections during calls. Reporting: Provide regular updates on appointment setting, progress toward goals, and issues encountered.Telesales Executive Job Requirements Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to engage and build rapport with clients.
