Job Title: Tax Senior

Location: Camberley

Package: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, life insurance, and more

Working Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 17:30pm

A fantastic role is available within a growing Accountancy Practice based in Camberley, who service entrepreneurial and high growth businesses. Paying up to 50k, with a wide range of progression routes, benefits, and an excellent working culture.

Tax Senior Job Overview

  • Prepare and review corporation tax and personal tax returns for a diverse range of clients.
  • Handle tax planning assignments, including advising on allowances, reliefs, and structuring opportunities.
  • Manage compliance deadlines and ensure timely submission of all tax filings.
  • Review tax computations prepared by junior team members and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assist with HMRC enquiries, responding professionally and promptly.
  • Support partners and managers with advisory projects, research, and technical analysis.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all work complies with relevant standards and legislation.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service and efficient workflow management.

Tax Senior Job Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified, or qualified by experience.
  • Strong background in personal and/or corporate tax within an accountancy practice.
  • Proven experience preparing tax computations, returns, and advisory work for a varied client portfolio.
  • Solid understanding of UK tax legislation and HMRC compliance requirements.
  • Experience reviewing the work of junior staff and managing client relationships.
  • Proficiency with tax and accounting software such as CCH, IRIS, or similar.

  • Salary dependent on experience, ranging from (salary) (more DOE).
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. Holiday rising with each year of service.
