Position: Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: Mobile across London and Home Counties

Salary: Up to £50k per annum, depending on experience

Our client has been trading for over 40 years and has a combined office space for in-house service & PPM, design, installation and management within the HVAC industry, as they carry out maintenance, repairs and installations for a renowned client base. Due to continued demand across London, an Air Conditioning Engineer is required to join the team.

The Engineer will be working around the M25 and surrounding area carrying out PPM, Service and all reactive work on split/Multi split, VRV/VRF. Reactive work will include a call-out rota 1-20 with additional standby payment and premium overtime rates.

The Air Conditioning Engineer will be working across all major commercial sectors such as:

  • Data Centres
  • Universities
  • Hospitals
  • MOD
  • Industrial Process Manufacturing
  • Blue Chip Company HQ
  • Multi-Tenant Landlord Owned Buildings
  • Small Private Businesses
  • Schools
  • Supermarket & Retail

Position Requirements:

  • F-gas NVQ Level 2 in air conditioning & Refrigeration - desirable
  • UK driving license
  • 3-4 years plus trade experience

Position Remuneration:

  • £40-50k per annum depending on experience
  • Company van
  • 33-day holiday including BH
  • Paid travel - an hour and a half per day
  • Day off birthday
  • Quarterly Bonus scheme
  • 1-20 call out rota - standby and premium overtime rates
  • Overtime 1.5x & 2x for midweek and weekend work
