Position: HVAC Service Manager Location: Office based with occasional site visits Salary: Upwards of £50k Recently partnered with an HVAC specialist contractor operating across the North West region. The business is a long-established contractor with over 50 years of experience, delivering HVAC services within the commercial and data centre sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an HVAC Service Manager to join the team. The HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day service operations, including planning and scheduling engineers, coordinating small works, liaising with clients, and providing technical support to directly employed engineers and subcontractors. The role will also involve managing the day-to-day financial aspects of the department, including invoicing, preparing quotations, and overseeing P&L performance. Long term, the HVAC Service Manager will play a key role in driving the growth of the service department and the wider business, helping to expand existing service agreements and secure new opportunities. The role will be office-based approximately 75% of the time, with occasional site visits across the Northwest as required.
