A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architect to join a globally established, employee-owned multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering innovative, people-focused design. This is a fully flexible, remote role with a connection to Bedford, offering the chance to take a lead on impactful education projects, including work aligned with DfE frameworks. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality schemes across the education sector, alongside projects in residential, commercial, and healthcare, typically ranging from £10m to £60m. This position is ideal for a confident, design-led Architect ready to step into (or further establish themselves in) a senior role, with the autonomy to lead projects and the support of a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Job Overview
- Lead the design and delivery of education projects, with a strong focus on DfE schemes
- Work across all RIBA stages, from concept through to completion
- Daily use of Revit
- Develop and coordinate design solutions in line with project requirements, budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, integrating MEP and structural requirements
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and local authorities
- Prepare detailed design reports, drawings and models
- Undertake site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance
- Review technical information
Job Requirements
- ARB / RIBA qualified Architect (or equivalent)
- Strong experience within the Education sector, ideally including DfE framework projects
- Strong knowledge of Revit
- Proven track record of delivering projects from concept to completion
- Solid understanding of UK building regulations and education design standards
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, flexible environment
- Live within an hour radius of Bedford in a remote capacity
