Job Description This is a genuine opportunity to develop a long-term estimating career within an established Bristol-based specialist roofing and cladding contractor.
The business has been trading for over 25 years, recently transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust, and delivers building envelope packages nationwide for major main contractors and housebuilders including the likes of Barratt London and Midas Group. \n The company covers the full building envelope, from roofing and cladding through to SFS framing systems, insulation and fixings, working with premium manufacturer partners such as Kingspan, Eurobond, Ash Lacy, Frame Clad SFS, Encon and Fixfast.
Recent and ongoing projects have included high-rise residential blocks, education and public sector schemes and commercial developments across the South West, Wales, the Midlands, Devon and London. \n This role is not looking for a very senior estimator.
The right candidate will have some relevant experience and the appetite to grow into the role with real mentoring and support.
