They are seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing Shrewsbury team. The practice delivers award-winning projects across a wide range of sectors including Education, Residential, Healthcare, Commercial, Transport, and Leisure. Their current projects focus are for various Education projects (£1m - £40m) and large scale Healthcare projects (up to £400m).
Senior Architectural Technologist Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary £40,000 - £50,000 DOE

Senior Architectural Technologist Job Overview
- Produce effective working drawing packages with minimum supervision
- Advise on environmental and building regulatory requirements affecting the project
- Carry out Designer Risk Assessments (CDM)
- Work on a range of exciting Healthcare & Education projects
- Ensure compliance with design, legal, statutory and professional requirements
- Liaise with and produce documentation for statutory and local approval authorities
- Use latest Revit Level 2 BIM processes
- Programme work schedules and carry out inspections at various stages
Senior Architectural Technologist Job Requirements
- Architectural Technologist with minimum 5 years' experience
- Good knowledge of Revit with at least three years' continual use in practice as the primary design/delivery tool
- Good knowledge of UK Construction and Building Law
