Junior Bookkeeper Job Overview * Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for a varied client portfolio, processing sales and purchase invoices. * Perform balance sheet reconciliations across bank accounts, credit cards, and online payment platforms. * Assist senior team members with the preparation and submission of VAT returns. * Act as a polite and professional point of contact for clients, handling everyday queries and building positive relationships. * Assist with client payroll processing, tax administration, and routine communications with HMRC. * Support the wider accounts team with basic sole trader accounts and administrative tasks.
