Senior Structural Engineer Job Requirements

Proven experience delivering structural engineering projects within the UK residential sector, ideally including large-scale developments and bespoke high-value homesAbility to work independently when required while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary design teamsChartered status (MIStructE or MICE) preferred; fast-track support to achieving chartership will be provided if not already attainedProficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software such as AutoCAD and Revit.Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, British Standards and current UK building regulationsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as requiredExcellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with architects, developers and clients at all levelsA track record of problem-solving on challenging architectural designs and site constraintsCommitment to delivering innovative and sustainable structural solutions without compromising safety or quality
