Our client, a well-established design & build, fit-out, and refurbishment contractor, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. With a £25M turnover and a 35-strong team, they deliver a wide range of commercial projects valued between £100k and £9M. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in commercial construction projects and be local to the Halifax area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established team and manage two projects from the get go.
