Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing an award-winning Environmental Consultancy who specialise within landscape, environmental and residential projects based in and around Oxfordshire. Our client is looking to bring on a Senior Landscape Architect to join their increasingly growing team. The successful Senior Landscape Architect will be involved in all aspects of projects both small and large scale.
You will be working on a wide variety of projects giving you a great foundation of knowledge to build your experience and professional career on. Projects will be within the Residential, Industrial, Healthcare and Commercial sectors. This well-established consultancy is built up from multiple specialists who assist with Landscape Planning and Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment for a variety of new developments both within the public and private sectors, prioritising their clients' needs and aspirations.
This role is suitable for someone who is passionate about Landscape Architecture with a creative thought process and ambition to drive their career forward with the opportunity to progress to associate in the future.
Job Overview- Involved in all aspect of projects working within the team
- Working on Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA)
- Creating detailed designs and layouts
- Producing hand drawn and computer-generated sketches
- Create construction detailing's
- Manage clients professionally
- Assist Junior members of the team and work as the project lead
- Attending public, client and team meetings
- Degree qualified within relevant subject; Minimum of 5 years+ industry experience
- CMLI (Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute); Highly Advantageous but not essential
- LVIA Experience
- Experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp; Beneficial
- Experience leading a project and support junior members of staff, is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and provide efficient solutions
- Full clean driver's license and own transport; Beneficial
- Competitive salary ranging between, 38,000 - 45,000 (DOE)
