A Senior Interior Designer is required for a design-led architecture and interiors practice based in Tottenham, London. The studio consists of approximately 50 staff and delivers a diverse portfolio of commercial, hospitality, sports & leisure, and residential projects across the UK and internationally.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-profile commercial and sports-related schemes, including projects connected to major sporting organisations, training centres, hospitality venues, and large-scale regeneration developments. This role would suit an experienced designer capable of leading projects independently while contributing to a collaborative and creative studio environment. The right candidate will have a real say in how the wider regeneration of the area develops over the coming years.
Salary & Benefits- Salary £45,000 to £55,000 DOE

- Lead interior design projects from concept through to delivery across commercial, sports, hospitality, and mixed-use schemes.
- Develop creative design concepts, presentations, mood boards, material palettes, and technical drawing packages.
- Manage projects through RIBA Stages 3-4 with the ability to coordinate design packages independently.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Produce and coordinate detailed drawings and specifications using Revit.
- Support and mentor junior team members within the interiors team.
- Collaborate closely with the wider architectural team on integrated project delivery.
- Degree qualified in Interior Design or a related discipline.
- Proven experience working on commercial, hospitality, sports, or large-scale mixed-use projects.
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and technical detailing.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Excellent design, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced studio environment.
- Experience leading projects independently across technical delivery stages.
