Our client, a well respected, multi-disciplinary consultancy operates across multiple sectors including commercial, education, heritage, and residential. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and collaborative working, they provide services in architecture, surveying, project management, and more. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team in the Oxford office.
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will deliver a full range of professional and project-based surveying services across commercial, education, residential and heritage sectors covering Oxford and the surrounding areas.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience)
- Discretionary annual bonus
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days WFH)

Job Overview

Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years' post-qualification experience
- MRICS qualified (Highly Advantageous)
- Strong experience across professional and project services
- Skilled in contract administration and client reporting
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in relevant software (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.)
- Based within commuting distance of Oxford
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits and meetings
