Our client is a leader in providing planned preventative maintenance services for the healthcare sector.

They are seeking a proactive and highly organised Scheduler to join their team, managing a group of field-based Medical Engineers.

Job Overview

Manage the Field Management System, scheduling and dispatching engineers.

Allocate workloads effectively based on geography, urgency, and engineer availability.

Handle incoming calls, liaising between engineers, clients, and internal teams.

Quickly respond to changes, adapting schedules and troubleshooting issues as needed.

Use IT systems confidently, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment with a passion for organisation and teamwork.

Salary & Benefits

This is an office-based role in Burgess Hill.
Salary: £27,000 – £29,000, depending on experience.
