Our client, a specialist supplier and installer of high-quality aluminium glazing systems, is seeking a Sales Estimator to join their small but growing team. Based from their showroom office in Watford, this is a client-facing role, where building rapport and delivering a personal, professional service is essential.
This is a key position within the business, requiring someone with strong interpersonal skills and experience in the glazing or aluminium fabrication industry. Knowledge of Schüco systems is essential, while familiarity with LogiKal software would be a distinct advantage.
Benefits
- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
- 1% monthly commission on all sales

Role Overview
- Work from the showroom, providing quotations and estimates to walk-in and referred customers
- Build lasting relationships with clients, offering expert advice on product specifications and solutions
- Accurately prepare costings and proposals for aluminium glazing systems
- Liaise with internal departments including factory and fitting teams to ensure accurate and achievable estimates
- Maintain a strong understanding of Schüco products and specifications
- Use estimating tools and software to generate accurate pricing (LogiKal knowledge is advantageous)
- Represent the company in a professional and personable manner at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in an estimating or technical sales role within the glazing or aluminium sector
- ShuCal experience is essential due to the product range
- Advantageous: Experience using LogiKal estimating software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
