The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for supporting the management of contractual and financial aspects of M&E projects across Commercial & Healthcare sites, including preparing Payment Applications, Cashflows, Monthly P&L Reports, and Cost Estimates. This role will be suitable for junior to intermediate-level Quantity Surveyors, and it would be ideal if the candidate has worked on M&E Projects/Construction within the commercial industry.

Quantity Surveyor - Job Requirements Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and numerical and analytical skills. Understanding of construction/M&E contracts and procurement processes. Be able to manage applications, valuations, variations, subcontract accounts, CVRs and final accounts. Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
