Quantity Surveyor – Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 (DOE)
- Location: 2 days per week in Portsmouth office with UK-wide travel and hybrid working

Quantity Surveyor – Job Overview
- Full commercial and contractual responsibility for multiple envelope/cladding remediation projects
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, CVRs, and project cash flows
- Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, and final accounts
- Negotiate contract terms and manage risk and cost exposure
- Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with project progress
- Liaise with project teams, senior management, and external stakeholders
- Frequent site visits across the UK with up to 2 days per week in the Portsmouth office
Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in façade, cladding or external envelope‑related surveying
- Strong technical, contractual, and commercial understanding
